Lindum House was originally built as the village doctor's surgery, in 1904. It was later bought by another family of doctor's, the O'Driscoll's, and many people visiting this homely B&B, remember being taken as children to be comforted by the Aga in the kitchen.

Gable Cottage, is a spacious 3 storey cottage with a large garden, covered terrace and stunning views of the Forest of Dean.
It is situated in the small hamlet of Brockhollands just 2 minutes from the Village of Bream (with it’s shop, post office, fish and chip shop, Chinese Takeaway and pub selling real ales) and only 5 minutes from the town of Lydney with it’s famous Steam Railway.

The cottage is on 3 levels, with 5 bedrooms comfortably providing accommodation for 10 people.

Gable cottage is private and tranquil, cosy and comfortable, and is perfectly situated for exploring the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas including the Wye Valley. There is a separate Dining area which seats 10 comfortably.

From the Kitchen area you can access the large covered terrace where you can dine 'al fresco' using the outdoor dining furniture and take in the outstanding view over the Forest of Dean. The large enclosed garden includes Childrens play equipment, a Swing, and a lockable shed for bikes,canoe etc. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles. The Lounge Area is equipped with a Television and DVD Player and seats 10. Also downstairs you will find a Toilet + Shower Room and a Boot Room. There is another good sized Bathroom upstairs.

The cottage in one of a pair set deep in the forest off a track. It is fully accessible (the owner is in a wheelchair) and sleeps six to eight. It has central heating, two bathrooms, two log burning stoves and a well equipped kitchen. The living room is in a new 6m x 6m extension with a wall of glass doors opening onto a large patio and garden, perfect for dogs, children and bird watching. There are many forest walks, good pubs and attractions. Guests are asked to arrive by 8pm.
